Technology brings incredible opportunities and throughout history has pushed society to change. Behind tech are always people who ultimately shape that change.  

When people thrive, they live, work and collaborate with heart. I believe heart is at the foundation of engaged teams and great products. And perhaps it even helps us to harness the power of tech for good and positively push those boundaries. Living, working and creating, not from a place of fear but with open hearts and minds.  

Christine brings a decade of experience in all-round business roles within startup & tech companies, as well as in corporates and foundations. From a founder, manager and employee perspective. She studied both business and psychology. 
As a People and HR professional Christine is both strategic and handson, she loves building great workplaces and navigating rapid change. Her mission is to truly optimize team happiness, engagement, output and from there company results. As certified coach counselor she works 1:1 as well as with teams of founders, managers and employees alike.   

Christine loves running, (hot)yoga, the ocean and comedy. She aspires to one day like yoda become.
