When people thrive, they live, work and collaborate with heart. I believe heart is at the foundation of engaged teams and great products. And perhaps it even helps us to harness the power of tech for good and positively push those boundaries. Living, working and creating, not from a place of fear but with open hearts and minds.  

With nearly 20 years of business experience—in startups and tech scale-ups to corporates and foundations, and wearing hats as founder, manager, and employee—I bring a full-spectrum perspective. I studied both business and psychology. 
As a People and HR professional I am both strategic and hands-on, I love building great workplaces and navigating rapid change. My mission is to truly optimize team happiness, engagement, output and from there company results. As certified coach counselor I work 1:1 as well as with teams of founders, managers and employees alike.   

In my spare time you'll find me running, doing (hot)yoga, enjoying all things nature like the ocean or weeding in the community food-garden, comedy, arts, hanging out with fam and friends.. I aspire to one day like yoda become!
